Written ages and ages ago...
So, this is for ~RoninRapusodi. I was inspired to find the metaphor in a candle because of her signature. Yes, I know that it desperately needs to have another stanza... but I can't come up with anything. I've literally had screaming matches with this poem, trying to come up with something, but silence trumps sound, any day. Here it is, all the same. Merlin Edit: "The darkness can only be as deep as you allow. Light a candle, and all is clear."--~RoninRapusodi And because it provides an excellent contrast: "You can't understand how a candle is bright unless it is dark when you light it.
